Is mch and mcv low critical I have been diagnosed

Patient

Q: Is mch and mcv low critical. I have been diagnosed with inflammation in stomach and small bowel. But my hemoglobin and rbc count are normal

Symptoms:  Abdominal pain
Doctor

A:   Thank you for writing to us.

It is not possible for the MCV and the MCH to be low and the Hemoglobin to be normal. The hemoglobin would have to be on the lower side at least. Do send me the reports in another question as a repost and I will help you. Have a good day.

Hope this helps you
