Is my cast on too tight causing my swollen fingers?

Q: Broke my wrist 23 days ago. On my second cast and y fingers are still swollen. Am still taking Norclo once a day for pain. Is my cast on too tight? It was put on by an internist. Radius is healing normal, ulna is not and where all my pain is at.

Symptoms:  Swollen fingers, pain in ulna bone
