Is my low body weight ok? Healthy 25yo F, losing weight


Q: I am a petite, fit, healthy 25 year old woman, but I have been losing weight recently. A few months ago I started a job that requires me to walk around 1-2 hours per day. I eat a lot (as much as my athletic, 165lb/75kg husband). For the past few years, my weight has stayed between 45 and 47 kg, but I have been steadily losing weight for about 2 or 3 months. My weight today was my all-time low: 43.9kg (96.8lbs). Should I be worried? Is it most likely just because of my extra activity lately? Will my weight stabilize itself soon?
