Patient :So I'm going into the Military, and I want to get in shape, I've just recently started doing crunches, and when I do, my lower abdomen muscles literally pop, and feel like they are grinding on each other, it doesn't hurt, but that can't be a good sign, can it? Is there something wrong with me? Because if there is, I can't exactly afford to go see a doctor.
