Doctor

A:   Hello. Welcome to ask the doctor.

I have seen the attached photograph also.
From the photograph, it seems to be genital wart only. Warts are caused by Human papilloma virus which has a very high risk of transmission from one person to another.
It can be managed by chemical cauterisation using Trichloroacetic acid or potassium hydroxide. Other modalities of treatment are ablation by Radiofrequency or CO2 Laser.
I will advise you to visit your doctor so that he can examine you and advise you accordingly.
You can share my opinion with him.

I hope it helps.
Stay healthy.
