Is this a healthy amount of calories?

Patient

Q: Hi there,
I'm a 22 year old female, no medical conditions that I'm aware of, don't smoke do drugs or drink excessively, and I don't really exercise all that much (I work a desk job, I might do cardio once a week). I was wondering, is 1100 calories enough for me? I'm not really doing it for weight loss, I just don't have a huge appetite and like I said, I don't exercise that much (if at all) so I don't need the energy. I know people say to never go below 1200 calories per day because it's dangerous, but is this really true? Will I cause serious health problems from only eating 1100 calories a day? I eat very healthy and I get all my food groups, plus I take multi vitamins. I'm not going to drop dead because of "starvation", will I?
Thanks,
Kerry
