Patient :I had intercourse with a woman on december 5, for which she took plan b and spotted. I then had intercourse again with her on december 17th for which the condom broke and plan b was used. she threw up part of plan b after being prescribed some medication for her lymphs infection. she followed up with a third set of plan b pills the following week. Today she went to have an IUD and viola put in and the doctor said that she was pregnant. She was told that based on the gestational size it was 11-13 days old. I know that I clearly need to make better decisions, but I want to know if this is realistic possibility of her being pregnant, and if so how soon from today would she be able to have an aspiration abortion? Thank you.
