Patient :Hello, my name is Joseph. I've been recently thinking about taking a Protein supplement. I'm 14 years old and i'm almost never sick. I got no symptoms. I weigh about 52kg, and my height is 169cm. Well as this supplement is recommended for 18+ people, it recommended to ask a doctor before taking it if you're below 18. So my question is do you think i can take this? and will this harm me in any sort of way? for example if i take it to much not following the recommended dose. And also is it bad for my age?
