Patient :I'm 17. Recently started doing a daily workout program, and have noticed that when I do some jumping excersises in which I land on the ball of my foot (such as jumping jacks, or skipping), I feel discomfort and what feels like something rolling across my ankle. Was just hoping to get to the bottom of this, and to know if it's safe to continue excersising in these ways. Note, I do most of this work barefoot.
