Patient : I went to pee today and found that it stung to do so. On further inspection, I found that the problem seemed to be along one edge of my penis or in one spot, as it's only one part that hurts. That spot is just inside the hole of the penis, not too far in. It's something inside the penis, so I looked inside and around the area that it hurts it seems to have gone red, but it's not bleeding, although that could just be the light I'm looking at it in, it wasn't very clear. It's not so much the tip that hurts, but a tiny bit inside it. If any urine leaks out after I've peed then that stings a fair bit too, and I can make that area sting by squeezing the penis in certain positions up and down the penis. I'm sitting here now and it doesn't hurt at all, it's only when some liquid passes through or I squeeze it the wrong way, (although that may trigger liquid). I stuck some tissue down the hole a tiny bit, and it didn't hurt at all, but it didn't go in very far. What should I do? How long will it take to heal? What is it? Thank you.
