I've been experiencing lower back pain on my right side

Patient : I've been experiencing lower back pain on my right side. It started a year ago when I injured myself playing tennis while serving. The trainer at school said I had pulled it. I never did anything about it and played through my season with pain and after my season ended I started lifting weights and my back got stronger and it stopped bothering me. Up until the beginning of this season again, while I was serving yet again. I had an X-ray and it was normal and the MRI only showed an accentuation of the lumbarsacral angle. Could you explain what that means? Thanks
