I've been having a persistent headache for 2 months without

Q: I've been having a persistent headache for 2 months without relief from painkillers. Tried panadol, various nsaids, muscle relaxants etc. It's a deep dull pain/pressure feeling right in the centre of the head, though sometimes I do get sharp pains in other parts of the head as well. The pain worsens when i roll my eyes to the end. I also have a high pitched ringing in my ears. Both the headache and ringing in the ears get worse when lying in bed/changing position. I've had a ct and brain MRI done but they both came back clean. Any suggestions on other possibilities?
