I've been having weird symptoms allover my body for almost

Patient

Q: I've been having weird symptoms allover my body for almost a year now. First I noticed that my hair was thinning and after that it spread to other parts of my body (eyebrows, eyelashes and pubic hair). Later on I started feeling numbness, pain in my hands, feet and groin area and also muscle spasms. I haven't experienced pain often anymore but the muscle spasms are daily. I've had my bloodwork done (blood cell count, thyroid levels, blood sugar and testosterone). Doctors keep telling me that I am fine without examining my symptoms further. Could I suffer from some kind of deficiency or such? I'm scared that the muscle pains and tremors are caused by neuropathy.

I'm a 20 year old man with no previous health problems.

Symptoms:  Hair loss, pain, numbness, muscle spasms
