I've been symptomatic for over two months now I

Patient : I've been symptomatic for over two months now. I had severed abdominal pain in early February, I went to sleep with the pain and when I woke it was gone. 3 days later, I started having heart palpitations. Ekg read slightly abnormal. Went to er the next day with chest pain, was sent home with "heartburn". The next day, I awoke with a severely swollen face and my period. It was over a week early and was nothing but clots. It only lasted two days(normal 5). I continued to have the swollen face in the morning and swollen legs in the evening. Cardiology showed dilation of ivc with trace regurgitations in mid March. Still getting palpitations and swelling. Severe back pain in lower right side. Blood in urine test(not visible). Ct (w/o contrast) of kidneys showed nothing. Urine test from er in February also showed blood in urine as well as high mpv, and low anion gap. PCM thinks nothing is wrong, what could be causing my symptoms?
