Patient :I've been working out a lot lately and taking whey protein powder mixed with milk afterward, about 5-6x a week. I've been reading about links between high protein diets / taking protein and health risks like cancer and early death. I've been gaining mass and feeling great. But I want to know if what I'm doing is safe? (Side note: I'm 19 years old and I went from 150 to 185 lbs in 4.5 months.)
