I’ve had a lump on my inner upper thigh

Patient: I’ve had a lump on my inner upper thigh for years, it hasn’t changed. Should I be concerned? Can a lipoma occur in that spot?

 

 

Doctor: Hello. Welcome to ask the doctor.As per details, There are following possibilities for your symptoms:1 ) Acrochor don: these are also known as Skin tags. These are completely asymptomatic and can be removed by Radiofrequency machine.2) Lipoma: it is fat containing swelling, asymptomatic, can be removed by excision.Visit your doctor so that he can examine you and give you a prescription accordingly.You can share my opinion with him.I hope it helps.Take care.
