Patient :Over a year ago I started to develop a sensation in my shoulderblade that felt at first as a knot. It's still there today and when moved or stretched it pops and now it has progressed over my trap towards the front of my shoulder near the collar bone. The sensation started after I stopped training and I used to train very hard 6 days a week. sometimes if I try to pick back up training it temporarily goes away. Is there any chance this could be underdeveloped muscle from losing muscle or maybe fluid that is worked and spread out during a workout?
