Patient :I've started drinking fresh homemade pineapple water since the 22nd of April, only a bottle full every day. I cut the pineapple up in slices and placed them in a gallon of water then let it sit for hours. I weighted myself on Thursday (April 23rd) and it said I was 223 pounds. Then on Saturday, it said 219.6, and now today (which is 28th of April) the scale is saying I'm 216.0. I want to know if I'm actually losing some weight? I have not been eating that much because I want to lose weight. I don't eat the required calories (as in I track my foods with MyFitnessPal app) sometimes because I'm afraid I would over eat. But at times, I do not feel hungry. Should I stop with the pineapple water?
