Jaw injuries

Patient

Q: About 3 weeks ago I was punched in the jaw. I had a lot of swelling but x-rays didn't show a fracture. Since then I have been taking Anti-inflammatory's and most of the swelling has gone down. Now there is just a vary hard lump on my jaw and I am unable to open my mouth very far. making it very hard to speak or eat and at times its extremely painful. I also sometime get headaches when i put my head down to go to sleep. any idea what could be wrong?
