You should try to do a kick count and feel at least 10 movements within 2 hours. If you have learned the pattern of your baby’s sleep and wake cycles, when he or she is most active, and what seems to trigger activity, it would be helpful to relate the changes in the movements of your baby. If the kick count seems to be unsure, you may consult your doctor for a check up.
