Kidney disease and pregnancy

Patient : Hello..i have an concern. Im a 28 year old female and im 10 weeks preg. and i just find out that my kidney functions are 13 percent. I will soon be on dylasis if i keep this baby. my question is. Is it another solution that i can take to avoid dylasis while im pregnant. i know the risk of it if i proceed with the pregnancy. But i am also against abortion. i have heard of kidney restictions is that maybe a good solution for me if i want to keep it. or can i just proceed with the pregnancy and just try to keep my blood pressure and blood sugars under control and just wait til to my baby gets here and then proceed with the dylasis. what is the best solution for me. i know my health is an big part of this. please reply back to me asap. this is something very meaningful to me
