Patient :I got my MRI report today and my own GP didnt explain what it means - significant muscle oedema in the belly of the popliteus msucle, possibly severe muscle contusion, severe chondromalacia in the patellar articular cartilage, partial tear of the patellar attachment of the patellofermoral alignment?
Symptoms: Right knee significant swwelling, pain, clicking and locking, loss of movement, restricted extention and bending, 3 weeks post falling down stairs
