Patient : Hello. I have been working out 6 days a week (intense kickboxing, interval training, and running) I recently took 2 days off in a row to recover and during those two days my right knee began to hurt when I walked upstairs and crossed my feet at the ankles. Nothing out of the ordinary happened that could have caused this. Should I be concerned about this or could it just be a sore knee?
