Patient :I was stretching before softball practice. I did a squat and when I came up everyone heard my knee pop. I could not put weight on it for about five minutes. But finally was able to finish practice. Now I wake up at 3am with pain that is unbearable! Forgot to mention that I am a 50 year old female. I really am not sure what to do, it actually feels better if I lay on my stomach and have my knee bent.
