Knee pain after arthoscopy

Patient : I am 27 years old and I have had now 7 knee surgeries, 2 major ones and 5 scopes on my left knee to fix medial cartilage deficit. I recently, Friday, had my knee scoped to take out scar tissue and look at the Cartilage graft that was put in in May. I am having tons of swelling, deep knee pain still, and now have a burning sensation on the medial side. I have no idea how the surgery went because I have not spoken to a doctor about the results. What are the chances the graft didn't take and I would need either a partial or full knee replacement and would this be an option considering I am 27 years old?
