Patient : My Question: Does it matter who performs a kyphoplasty on my L1 and L5 vertebrae?
The hospital pain clinician, a Doctor of Osteopathy, who has performed hundreds, is scheduled. He also said he's going to take a bone fragment to do a biopsy.
Would a neurosurgeon be more qualified, or is this pretty much a piece of cake?
Is this where I should get a 2nd opinion, or should I wait till the biopsy results?
