Patient : Are these supplements safe for an 18 year old male in good health approximately 170 lbs? if so what doses should i be taking and can i take them together?
-i practice jiu-jitsu and i am constantly getting injured(nothing to serious just bumps,bruises and sprains) and would like to be able to heal my tissues faster. also i have read up on a few of these amino acids and have found that many of them are key in the production of hgh, so gaining some muscle wouldn't hurt either.
