Patient : My thyroid function is normal although I do have a goitre. My problem is that I am not pregnant and had a miscarriage over a year ago. My problem is that I am lactating and my menstrual cycle has gone nuts! I am menstruating for 4 weeks non stop. I consulted my gunae an he ordered a prolactin blood test but haven't given me any sort of meds to consult the problem. What causes this and how can I prevent it?
