Large pus filled lumps on inner thighs

Patient

Q: For the past eight months, I have been occasionally getting lumps on my inner thighs, buttocks area. Once every two or so months a new one will show up. They start out pea sized, hard, and painful. Within a day they become nickel or quarter sized and softer in the middle. Around day three they pop and release a lot (A quarter teaspoon or so) of blood and pink pus. Then they get hard again and slowly go down. Within the past couple of weeks an extra tag of skin has shown up on my anus, it is red and seems like it should pop, but it doesn't. I am eighteen; I live in college dorms, and I am not sexually active.
