Left arm and leg affected after stroke

Patient: – My mom age 65 had stroke last week and is now unable to move her left arm and left leg.- Her face is not affected and also she can swallow well.- I want to know if she can walk again? Also we did CT scan and doctors did not find anything.- Is this a stroke or TIA .- Should we go for MRI?- My mom had diabeties and BP
