Left Side Abdominal / Back Pain

Patient

Q: I've been having left side abdominal pain / left side back pain for 9 months now. It's just a consistent dull pain that is hard to pin point where exactly it is. I feel it mostly at the bottom of rib cage both on the abdominal and back side. I also feel a little swollen in my lower left abdomen and middle of my back feels consistently. I've had about every test from a GI doctor - colonoscopy, endoscopy, pill endoscopy and then I've had MRI and CT scan. All have came back normal. All my blood work has came back normal as well except for slightly high Bilirubin. Any other ideas what could be wrong? Things I could get tested? I'm at a lose for next steps and sick of not feeling well.

Symptoms:  Abdominal Pain. Back Pain.
