Patient: Not sure if I picked the right topic but oh well. I’m very injury-prone while exercising. I always stretch before running, but I get frequent injuries that I can’t explain. I just wake up with a hurting muscle. Sometimes it’ll keep me away from sports for days or a week, but sometimes I’m out for a month or more. The injuries are becoming more and more frequent and I’m worried there’s something seriously wrong (by the way, it’s a different muscle almost every time).
Symptoms: Muscle pain. Maybe tendons. I don’t know. My legs just hurt.
