Leg pain and Piles... related?

Patient : I am 30, male. I have chronic dysentery. I also have external hemorrhoids (but no constipation). Whenever I eat outside food which is often unavoidable (not necessarily spicy food), I have dysentery and my piles flares up. I experience a burning sensation in my anus with occasional bleeding. At the very same time, I experience pain in my left leg (around the ankle joint)? Is this pain related to piles or dysentery? What is the remedy for piles other than surgical? Thanks
Symptoms:  Burning in anus, pain in ankle joint
