Leg tingling

Patient : My left leg has been feeling strange lately. There is this numbness and tingling/burning feeling throughout my knee all the way down to my big toe. There is an occasional small ache in my calf muscle. It's usually at its peak after I lay down for the night. This has been going on for 5 days now. I don't know if it is a blood clot or sciatica pain. I've also been having back pains along the spine. I am a 19 y/o female and obese. What could this be??
Symptoms:  Swollen knee, tingling/burning down left leg.
