Patient :I noticed my blood pressure drop to an optimal range in the past year. I drink beer a few times a week, maybe 3-4 per sitting. I was told his is bad for blood pressure, yet my weight drops, I'm building muscle, and my blood pressure is now optimal, and my liver is healthy. Is light beer all that bad then? People make it out to seem like it's poison. Should I stop having light beer? Will it "catch" up with me?
