Little white painful ring-like sores on vaginal area?

Patient

Q: I have these painful sores that look like white rings. They are about half a centimeter in diameter. They burn and itch. Located around my labia but closer to the lower half of the vagina. I've looked up herpes and yeast infections. Was thinking it could be from sweat but haven't found anything that looks or sounds like my bumps. What do you think it could be? Haven't found a ride to doctor yet so I'm looking for a temporary answer till it can be checked in person. I also had used a lot of public restrooms and haven't had time to put anything down cause I'm pregnant and my baby is really low. My sex partner was negative for herpes six months back but not sure if I was. I hope that's enough detail. Thank-you for your time. I appreciate it.
