Local Doctors can't figure out what is wrong with me

Patient

Q: About two weeks ago i visited a doctor in my town (Lawrenceburg Tennessee) for a horrible sore throat, and terrible migraines. It just sprung on me one random morning and after the doctor visit a fever sprung on me of 101.4 and through the night slowly went down but then to 100.9 the next morning. randomly today they are all back but my fever is 100.4 and my sore throat isn't as bad as it was. the doctors gave me "Azithromycin" and they were such big pills i couldn't swallow them. and very difficult to crush. I am also feeling slight pain in my back at points of the day and some aching of my arms. They also tested me for strep and flu which both came back negative.

Symptoms:  Sore throat, migraine, aching bones
