Loose and moving painful trachea.

Patient: Very recently, I have noticed that my trachea seems to be, for want of a better phrase, loose. I’ve never had it before, and nothing seems to have caused it, but my trachea now moves around in my neck a lot. I can push it about an inch out of place on either side, accompanied by a crunching noise, and sometimes in bed, it locks Out of place making breathing uncomfortable.I just want to know if this is normal, or if I’ve somehow managed to injure myself without realizing.
