Loose skin after lower body lift.

Q: Hello, I am a 22 year old make who recently received a lower body lift after losing 120 pounds. As is common with individuals who lose that much weight, I had large amounts of excess skin on my buttocks, flanks, and abdomen. To remove the skin, I had a plastic surgeon perform a lower body lift. It has been approximately four and a half months since my surgery. I am worried, because I still feel that I have large amounts of loose skin. It does not appear to be loose skin, but you can definitely feel that it is loose. You can see it when I sit down. This is especially so around my abdomen and lower back. I also developed stretch marks on my lower back after surgery. Is this a normal part of the healing process? Will the skin slowly tighten? I still live a primarily healthy lifestyle. I exercise at least 3 times a week with weights. As a sidenote, I wore the abdomenal band for approximately a month and a half. Could it be possible that I took it off too soon?
