Patient : I'm a 13 year old female and I weigh somewhere between 140-160, I'm not exactly sure. I need to lose about 5 pounds before school starts, which is in about 1 week. I drink mostly water, but I am not allowed to do a lot of cardio, according to my chiropractor. What can I do to melt of those extra pounds?
