Patient :How do I lose weight? I'm 13 and don't play sports and I'm 115 pounds. I want to get enough exercise a day and lose weight, but my family is Indian and my mom makes me eat the Indian dinner and the food has SOOOO much calories in them because of the spices and oil we use. I can't tell my mom I want to lose weight because she doesn't think I'm overweight, but I really want to. Please help
