Loss weight now what should I do to firm up

Q: I am male 58, I lost 43 lbs. now weight 228, 5"11. Want to get to 200' I Jo gg & walk 10 miles per day, what should I do to firm up upper body, not into body building , can I incorporate a obstacle course while walking or jogging, as I walk on beach, should I start now or wait to I get to my weight goal.
