Low abdomen pain after UTI

Q: Good afternoon.I am a 33 year old woman. I have been diagnosed with UTI caused by E.coli. The doctor prescribed cefuroxime (Zinadol 500) for 7 days which i took but nothing happened. I also paid a visit to my OB took a vaginal sample and was positive to E.coli and Ureoplasma after having taken cefuroxime and he prescribed Levoflaxin (floxator 500) for 10 days. I am on the 2nd day of Floxator and not feeling any better. I am in pain on the low central-left side of my abdomen and i feel like my legs cannot carry me. i also have a fever of 37,3 C every evening. Is that normal?
