Patient : I'm a 16 year old girl and I think I have really low blood pressure. Every time I stand up too quickly my eyes and head hurt and my vision goes completely black for 5 to sometimes 15 seconds. Also when I try to run or do any kind of cardio besides walking my head hurts and I feel dizzy, and my ears pop? I also run out of breath after only running for a minute, but I'm extremely skinny (100 pounds 5 ft 4) and I have a lot of muscle tone so I'm fairly in shape. I want to do track next year, what should I do?
