Low Free Beta HCG?

Patient

Q: Hello, I went in last week at 12w5d for my NT Scan and blood test. Everything came back normal, my risk for T21, T18, T13 were at 1 in 10,000. My PAPP levels were normal but my Free Beta HCG Levels were a little bit low. She said they like to see a level greater than .39 and mine was .36. When I asked her what this meant, she said that I run the risk of having a small baby and that they would want to do an extra ultrasound at 32 weeks. She then hurried off the phone and I didn't get to ask any other questions. Is a small baby all I need to worry about, or is there more that goes into it? Am I at a higher risk of complications or a premature delivery?
