Low sperm count and high levels of EE2

Patient

Q: Hello Doctor,
My husband was diagonised with very low sperm (scanty) 2 yrs ago (never smoked and rarely drinks). He has slighlty elevaed FSH (around 14) and highly elevated EE2 levels. After makng some changes to diet and lifestyle and subsituting some food with organic his count increased abit. I'm trying to find information about how to reduce the exposure levels of EE2 but I can't find it. Can anyone please let me know is there a way to reduce the EE2 level in blood by reducing its exposure ?? and there by chance of increase in the count ?
