Lower back always sore

Patient : Why is my lower back always sore?
Doctor :   It can be explained in many ways. Most common cause is disc disease, either bulging or protrusion. It can be caused by t rauma to spine, lifting heavy weights etc. Infection of spine like tuberculosis can also present like low back ache. Compression of nerve roots may cause soreness of low back and in this case pain radiates down to lower limbs from lumbar region. Consult Orthopedician to know the exact cause for it.
