Lower back pain

Patient

Q: Hello askdoctor, i had a accident in my work few weeks ago, that time i did not feel any pain on my back, but after going home i have started feeling it, but not so intense. so, i did some lite duty at work, after 4 weeks i felt like i am getting better but not the best. so i went back doing my normal duty(i m a nurse working in a aged care). but since my 1st day back to my normal duty my back has been acheing badly, it's been week i am working there. now i am struggling to walk properly, but still working, when i sit on my chair it aches on right at lower back, sometime it goes on my legs, down the knee as well, my left hip hurts as well, i have to continue working though i have pain on my back. i have seen a GP, done a Xray, but GP could not see any fracture or anything. but now pain is quite unbearable. i don't know what to do. advise please.
