Lower Back Pain, don't know why!!

Patient

Q: I am having constant back pain in the middle of my lower back. I did not experience any traumas to the area. When I take pain killers it helps for a little while but not very much. I also get sharp pains in the area from time to time. I am a 26 year old breast cancer survivor and I have asthma and lupus anticoagulate disorder. I have been taking the same medicines for a while. I take zoladex, coumadin, singulair, symbicort, pulmicort, and albuterol. The pain does not get better with ice or heat and there is no improvement with rest either. My pulminologist put me on prednisone 10 days ago to help but it hasn't. I don't even know which doctor to talk to! Need advice!
