Lower back pain traveling up my spine

Patient : A couple of months ago I started getting a mild pain on my right side just below my back, above my butt. When I would try to sit up, it felt like that area wanted to pop into place. But never does, gradually the pain has worsen. Then the pain started to travel up on my right side of my back. Then gradually it traveled around my shoulder blafe . Now my pain is straight up and down my spine. Its like a burning feeling. Gradually getting worse. Now I have caught a cold and when I inhale, my back starts hurting again. I have not done anything out of the ordinary. I'm 47, female. Its getting worse.
